- Red pepper, thinly sliced
- Carrot, thinly sliced
- Yellow pepper, thinly sliced
- Mango, cubed
- Green beans, chopped
- Sugar snap peas, chopped
- Green cabbage, sliced
- Black beans, 1 tin rinsed and drained
- Fresh figs, chopped
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Red Hot Firekraut

Peanut Dressing Ingredients
- 1/4 cup natural Peanut Butter
- 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1
To make our healthy summer salad recipe, wash and chop all the ingredients. This can be prepped in advance.
