½ avocado. 2 Tbsp avocado oil. 1 tsp apple cider vinegar. 1 lime, juiced. 1 large forkful of Supergreens with Spirulina Superkraut. 2 Tbsp juice from the Supergreens jar. 1 garlic clove. Large handful of basil.
½ - ¾ cup water. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend to your desired consistency. Start with ½ cup of water and then add more water or juice from the Superkraut jar to blend – adding more water will create more o f a vinaigrette style dressing, adding less water will create a thicker, saucier dressing.
This dressing is great with salads, on top of baked potatoes and it’s delicious drizzled over pesto pasta.
