Ingredients:
5 medium carrots. -
2 - 3 inch piece of ginger. 1 lemon, juiced. -
2 - 3 Tbsp of juice from Turmeric & Ginger Superkraut jar.
Method:
Put chopped carrots and ginger through a juicer. -
Add in lemon juice and Superkraut juice from the jar. Mix well and enjoy! If you don’t have a juicer, you can use a blender and sift the pulp out.
