Ingredients:
- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
- 4 Tbsp leek, finely diced
- 1 x spring onion, finely sliced
- 2 Tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 Tbsp fresh coriander, finely chopped
- 1 x garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp tamari
- 1 Tbsp Supergreens with Spirulina Superkraut + extra juice from the jar
- Salt + pepper to taste
Method:
- Blitz nuts and seeds in a food processor until finely ground.
- Add all remaining ingredients and pulse to mix through.
- Serve with your favourite crackers, oat cakes or veggie sticks and top with our yummy Supergreens with Spirulina Superkraut.
