Turmeric & Ginger Probiotic Balls

Easy, no bake, minimal effort Probiotic Balls. Great as a healthy snack or part of a main meal. You can use any of my live, probiotic sauerkrauts in this recipe.

Raw Turmeric & Ginger Probiotic Balls


  • 1 cup almonds, soaked 20 mins
  • 2 Tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 large forkfulls Turmeric and Ginger Superkraut
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt


  1. Add all ingredients to your food processor and blend until the nuts are broken down and the mixture begins to stick together. You should be able to squeeze the mixture between your fingers and it sticks together.
  2. Take tablespoon amounts of this mixture and form into balls with your hands. You may have to squeeze the mixture tightly to get the balls to hold firmly together.
  3. Once combined, store in a covered container in the fridge or freezer.
